Ability Choice Care is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering participants and helping them achieve their individual goals. We firmly believe in putting the power in your hands – you are in charge of setting your goals and determining the direction of your journey.
Your level of engagement with us is entirely flexible. You decide how much or how little involvement you prefer, creating a partnership that works for your unique circumstances and aspirations.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of supports, including NDIS Plan assistance, community access and participation, daily living skills, personal care, and social support. We also provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation options designed to promote independence in a supportive and comfortable environment. Our focus is on creating warm, inclusive spaces where participants can build confidence, engage with others, and feel truly at home.
Our state-of-the-art Activity Centre is at the heart of our community. We understand that many individuals may face social isolation or a loss of confidence, and our centre is designed to change that. By joining our groups and programs, participants can build independence, strengthen memory, enhance physical wellbeing, and—most importantly—form meaningful social connections and friendships
