Ability Choice Care has been dedicated to serving individuals with diverse and complex disabilities for Seven years. Our headquarters are located in the heart of Western Sydney at Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown, strategically positioned to serve our growing community.

As per NDIS Practice Standards, all applicants must provide the following compliance documents:
 

Essential Documents

  • Current Resume

  • Vaccination Status

  • Evidence of Working Rights in Australia

  • Driver's License

  • Valid Vehicle Registration

  • Vehicle Comprehensive Insurance
     

Mandatory Certifications

  • NDIS Training Modules:

    • NDIS Workers Orientation

    • NDIS Effective Communication

    • NDIS Enjoyable Meals

  • Safety Training:

    • COVID Infection Control

    • First Aid Certificate

    • CPR Certificate
       

Background Checks

  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)

Additional Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications

  • Contract and Position Description (provided upon successful application)
