Our Centre Based Programs

Cooking & Life Skills
Participants build everyday life skills by planning meals, creating shopping lists, managing a budget, and preparing meals together while learning kitchen safety and healthy eating.

Arts & Crafts
Creative activities such as painting, diamond art, origami, quilt-making, and seasonal crafts that encourage creativity and self-expression.

Music & Karaoke
Fun music sessions where participants sing, enjoy karaoke, explore music, and build confidence in a social setting.

Gaming Room
Interactive games and group challenges that promote teamwork, coordination, and friendly competition.

Sensory Room
A calm space designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and wellbeing through sensory experiences.

The Brain Gym
Engaging activities that support memory, concentration, problem-solving, and cognitive development.

Gardening
Participants plant herbs, grow vegetables, and care for garden spaces while enjoying the outdoors.

Community Access & Social Outings
Participants help choose termly outings such as parks, cafes, bowling, shopping centres, and local events to encourage independence and social connection.

We proudly collaborate with local providers to enrich our programs and regularly host large-scale community events at the Centre, creating opportunities for connection, celebration, and learning.

Your Voice Matters

Each term, we host a Participant Get-Together where individuals share feedback, celebrate their progress, and help shape the next term’s programs through a simple, accessible SurveyMonkey questionnaire. This ensures every participant’s voice is heard and respected. All results are published for Participant access via an “Easy read Dashboard”.
